stud tail

As i promise before, here is some info related on stud tail. Stud tail happen commonly to non-neuter male cat. I knew this from my second vet. At first, i taught my cat has flea or infection however, my cat never been out. my first vet has difficulties to identified the problem then i went for a second opinion. she gave a reasonable explanation to me.

Characteristic of stud tail:

* it is start from top part of tail until at the end.
* black colour
* it seam like it stuck to the skin
* always occur for mature non-neuter cat


How it is happen.

* mature male cat that want to mating produce oil. the oil deposit on top of the skin.


Prevention

*neuter

or if you don't want to neuter your cat, you can try these preventions

* make sure your male cat mate at least three cat in a year.
* or put baby powder to make sure it can absorb the oil.
* regularly shampoo the tail

10 ways to get your cat's love

Hi,

It is so difficult to get the cat attention however, some of us were lucky to have cats that want to be pampered.If not you can follow this few suggestion that I read from book.

1) TOY

Buy toy to make sure your cat attached to you. This method applied especially to cats that do not want you to touch him. You can put string at the end of the toy and try to shorten the string days by days until your cat comfortable with the distance.


2) TRAIN TO SIT ON THE LAP

You can offer treat for cats when they spend 30 seconds at your lap. Continuously trained the cat and give treat by extending the time (i.e : 40 seconds, 45 seconds until he/she sits still on your lap without having to be reinforce.


3) BE GENTLE

Handle gently and cuddle your cat whenever he/she let you to do.

4) BE LOW -KEY

Do not fast move or make loud sound that make she/he run away.

5) DON'T BE PUSHY

Let your cat come to you when he/she ready

6) TALK GENTLY

talk gently in every activities with your cat. Make sure you be around when he/she eat his/her food.

7) MASSAGE

Apply only for cats that like massage.

8) IGNORE

Ignore she/he. They will come to you when they become bored and lonely. (like my cat, he always want to go main hall, but i always spend my time at bedroom. After a few hours, when he feel bored he come to my bedroom and lay down at my feet)

9) SPEND TIME

Spend time as much as you can. Do some reading and talking so he/she do not feel threaten.

10) DON'T USE NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENT

Do not scold and hit your cats.

Train Your Cat to Use Litter Box

Hi,

i want to share my experience of training a cat to use a litter box.
It is not difficult to train if you follow these simple steps:


1) first, put the cat waste in the litter box.
2) make the cat smell their waste. This is to make sure; he or she know that they have to get rid their waste in the litter box.

It is very simple to do especially for kitten however, it took a lots of patience to train older cat. In this case, you need to make sure each time they want to do their" business", they have to do in the litter box. You have to keep an eye.

We can know from cat's meow. the meow will be different depend on the need and situation of your cat.

here, a guideline....

sweet -sounding little mew = to great their owner or acknowledge the sound of thier name

Bigger meows = may be complaint or demand
loud throaty howl / piercing yowl = distress (etc : stuck in tree)
hissing or growling = fear and warning indicators

don't forget treat your cat as a family...than you will be happy

Poisonous food for your cats..

There is a few food that can affect the digestion of your cat and it can be dangerous.

Before this, i don't knew that giving potato fries to my cat will make it sick. Based on my experience, after i give the fries, my cat vomit. i'm so confuse until i ran into an article that said potato can be a poisonous food for your cat.



So that do not feed your cat with any food that contain potato... and Do Not make your cat as a dustbin, Don't feed them with leftover food...

ada beberapa makanan yang boleh menyebabkan kucing anda mengalami keracunan. ini terjadi kepada kucing saya. mulanya saya tak tau,, biasalah kalau kita makan  kucing saya ni pun sibuklah berbunyi bagilah dia kentang goreng, punyalah laju dia makan, banyak pulak tu..tiba-tiba dia muntah pulak. then saya survey di internet ada lah terbaca artikel berkenaan makanan yang boleh membuatkan kucing keracunan. dan salah satunya kentang.



oleh itu janganlah bagi sebarang makanan kepada kucing anda. dan jangan buat kucing anda macam tong sampah, main lambak jer makanan yang saki baki. kalau betul pun kurang duit nak beli makanan kucing bagilah makanan yang masih elok.....

if you ask me, my answer is, it is up to you..

if you can't stand with scratching behavior from you cat. i suggest you should declaw or cat its nail. of course scratch from cat can sometime give an infection.

but if you immune with the infection and you feel sorry for your cat by declawing them. better you just leave it and keep their nails clean by using warm water every one week.

for me, i preferring not to declaw my cat, because i feel sorry for my cat. so  i buy scratching post and keep it clean regularly to make sure i have low possibilities to infections.

Tips Penjagaan Mata kucing

Assalamualaikum,

selamat hari raya semua,

Balik raya di kampung, semua sedara mara ku puji mata susu (nama kucingku) cantik dan bersinar....hehe..apa rahsianya...

Dulu mata kucingku masa kecil, ya Allah geli orang melihatnya...termasuklah adik aku. tapi berkat kesabaranku sentiasa membersihkan matanya dengan air suam bercampur dgn garam. matanya lebih bersih dan untuk menjaga matanya dengan lebih baik...aku bagi kucingku minum air masak...

faedah yang jelas nampak daripada memberi kucingku minum air masak adalah matanya yang bersinar...toing toing (sound effect mata bersinar2).

aku juga rasa kalau aku bagi kucingku minum air masak ianya bagus boleh mengelakkan daripada dia sakit atau ada cacing....

Kucing bersih, kucing sihat tuannya...pun gembira..

Assalamualaikum,

Minggu lepas aku baru menonton animal planet, almaklumlah nak bagi kucing aku minat tengok binatang lain. Sian dia kesunyian. adalah info sikit2 pasal kucing ni. Pakar cadangkan supaya biarlah kucing peliharaan kita duduk dalam rumah. Kucing aku ni kucing jantan, kucing indoor duduk dalam rumah jer. aku tak kurung dalam sangkar. kadang-kadang aku kesian gak tengok dia nak mengawan tak der pasangan. Apa yang aku nak katakan di sini apa bagus dan x bagusnya kucing indoor dan outdoor ini. Mari kita kupas isu ini....

Kucing indoor

Baik:

1) Selamat daripada penyakit berjangkit.

2) Selamat daripada kena cacing.... (haa yang suka gomo kucing tu baik tgk dulu ada cacing ker tak)

    yelah nak jijak tanah pun jarang sekali mana nak kena cacing

3)Selamat daripada ganguan binatang liar atau anjing.

4) rumah tak kotor dengan bekas kaki depa, tah masuk lopak mana.

5) tak kena teruk2 mandikan depa...itupun kalau korang rajin nak mandikan kucing...hahaha 

Buruknya:
1) kalau seekor, sian dia lonely...
2) kalau first time dapat keluar, agak berwaspada sikit...mcm takut2 gak ..yelah newthing.
3) x ada lagi kot...tak dapat nak fikir.

2) adsense tidak bloleh diletakkan dalam blog yang takder post. kalau ada pun ko kena spend masa sejam dua spend masa update
3)jangan letak adsense dalam website yang ada mp3, video dan sebagainya
4)jangan letak melambak2 iklan atau adsense dari google. maksimum 3 google ad dan 2 google search.
5) jangan letak image sebelah link.
6) jangan label adsense korang dgn nama lain kecuali "sponsor by" atau advertisment
